Can I set up different availability windows by day of the week?

Yes, you can set custom times for lead delivery by individual day, for 5 business days or the entire week. For individual days you can also have different hours of availability. I.e. You can setup Monday for delivery from 9am to 5pm and you can then have Tuesday from 12pm to 7pm.

I am Licensed in Multiple States, can I set additional states beyond my physical office location?

Yes you can customize state settings from "Create An Order", or "Manage Order" (if you already have an active order). From these landing pages, you can include additional states to enable leads outside of your home state.

Are Leads Purchased through this program textable?

Yes leads coming from this program are compatible with Hearsay and DRIPs through Lead Manager. Please review the texting status of each lead through the Lead Manager platform to ensure that a given lead is textable.

How can I pause delivery or reactivate when I need to?

Go into manage orders, and you can toggle on/off your orders at anytime to allow for any changes you need.

Where are these leads being sourced from?

Lead Hub works with lead aggregators to source high intent shoppers. These leads are purchased in real time and delivered to you though your lead manager account or other compatible CRM.

Do I need to create a new order every time I want to make changes to my purchase?

No, you can edit your lead criteria at any time by navigating over to the "Manage Order" Tab. From there, you can make adjustments to orders that are currently active or reactivate orders that were paused.
